Diane is the founder and CEO of ImageReps. She brings to the table over 25 years of hospitality operations, marketing, customer experience and learning & development experience.

During the tenure of her career, Diane has spent time with branded hotels such as Comfort and Hampton Inn, brand operations including the Wyndham family of brands, management company operations with Benchmark Hospitality and GF Hotels and multiple independents.  From every line level position to executive leadership, she brings knowledge in every aspect of hotel operations.  In addition, her career started in the restaurant segment of hospitality and includes independent and chain experience, as well as running her own restaurant.

Diane has a proven track record of driving revenue for clients in her current business, and achieving excellence in every role she takes on.  Her clients have been the recipient of multiple marketing and customer experience awards and she personally has been awarded the prestigious Diamond award by Wyndham Worldwide.  She has been proudly featured as a guest blogger by various business and  marketing organizations and a speaker at multiple conferences, and a featured radio guest on business radio stations.
